| Commentary: | Schoonover’s studio was located in the back of his summer house property in Bushkill. The road pictured went over the bridge to the back fields. For further commentary, see #2147 and #2224L. The number, 2175, en verso, indicates that the image for painting #2175 is under this landscape. However, #2175 exists in a cut down version and therefore, cannot be under this painting. |
